We describe ourselves as a friendly, respectful and responsible married couple who are currently living in Sydney, aged 32 and 31.

We would like to experience living in different areas around Sydney whilst saving and deciding on where to buy our first home.

Currently we are sitting a luxurious home with magnificent views of Pittwater and Newport Beach with 2 dogs and a cat. In between our house sits and overseas travel, we regularly look after a large 4-bedroom house in the Southern Suburbs of Sydney. We prefer longer house sits with a minimum of eight weeks, though you can contact us for shorter house sits as we may be available.

Being very house-proud people, we would respect and care for your home just as if it were our own.

We are non-smokers, enjoy sports and are physically active.

Pete is a business owner and is involved in developing several ventures, including Sugoi which is a one stop business solution service, a personal development website called VIP Success Club and an online health food magazine.

Liza works as a sales and marketing manager for a well-known health food chain in the CBD and also works from home alongside Pete.

We have our own wireless internet, mobile phone, Skype account and therefore would not need to make any calls from your home line.

Some of the responsibilities we are happy to accept are:

• Looking after your loved pets and giving them lots of attention. Feeding and walking them on demand is part and parcel of what we do. There is no need to put your pets through the distress of boarding, or for you to deal with the fear that a family member or friend may forget to feed and take care of them.
• Taking care of your pool, lawns and gardens gives us pride in where we are staying as well.
• As mentioned, we are both extremely house proud people and will ensure your house stays in perfect condition.
• Since one of us will be at the residence almost the entire time, we can organise to have any unforeseen maintenance tended to in your absence.
• All mail will be collected promptly, all messages retrieved, any calls redirected etc
• We will look after your valuable home as we are reliable, trustworthy and have respect for your privacy and property.

The process works in a very simple manner:

1. You get in touch with us with the following details:
   • Location
   • Dates and duration
   • Pets (if any)
   • Other duties required (such as garden, pool and managing affairs etc)
2. We let you know if we are available and are interested in the possibility job.
3. We arrange a time within that week to meet you at your house.
4. We meet you at your home (and meet your pets if applicable).
5. Together we decide whether or not we are right for the job and a good fit for the tasks that need to be taken care of.
6. We sign an agreement with the terms of the house sit.
7. We let you know exactly which information we will need from you to complete the job.
8. You relax, enjoy your trip for whatever reason that may be and rest assured knowing your house in the hands of a couple committed to ensuring that you return home to find things exactly as you left them and sometimes even better!
